The AED People Website collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. For example, if you participate in petition drives or request assistance from the AED People, your information is used to contact you and send appropriate materials.

Returns


1. You may receive a refund or credit on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. AEDs must be in their original unopened packaging. All returned items must be in new condition. Please call us at 1-800-787-6980 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise. Please clearly write your RMA number on the shipping label of returned items. Items returned to us without an RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

2. All items purchased from AEDpeople.com may be returned under this policy except opened electrode pads or those with damaged packaging, opened rescue kits and packs, used batteries or those with opened packaging, books, software, videos, CDs, and DVDs. If you are returning an automated external defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or other AED accessories in opened or non-resalable condition will be deducted from the refund.

3. Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we highly recommend that you ship returned items as 'Insured' using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. AED Ventures, LLC (AEDpeople.com) is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

4. Items not purchased from AEDpeople.com may not be returned to AEDpeople.com.
